Margo Moss, founder of L&M Environmental Response is honored to be invited to Gov. Edward’s Climate Initiative Task Force. Margo is proud to serve Louisiana by working as one of thirteen members of the Manufacturing and Industry Sector Committee. Our goal is to investigate and make recommendations within the industrial sector to achieve a reduction of GHG emissions of 28% by 2025, 50% by 2030 and net zero by 2050.
We look forward to working with environmental leaders in Louisiana within the Sector Committee, as well as experts in the Finance Advisory Group, Legal Advisory Group, Science Advisory Group and Equity Advisory Group to ensure recommendations benefit the climate, the economy and Louisiana residents. The Task Force has an ambitious timeline with the Final Climate Report scheduled for February 2022, so make sure to follow the public meetings on YouTube to stay informed!
